I am a Master of Health Science student at Clark University with a focus on Community Health. My academic interests are widespread, but I focus primarily on the relationship between a changing natural environment and human health, particularly within the fields of climate change resiliency and disaster response. I have a deep interest in the not only the health of the planet, but also the health of the individuals and communities who inhabit it.
Before Clark, I attended Allegheny College where I was a Double Major in Global Health Studies and Environmental Studies, graduating with a BA in May 2018, having completed a thesis examining the impact of diminishing salmon populations on the health of a Native community in Southeast Alaska.
I have spent time traveling the world through academic and personal trips, and have used photography as a way of documenting those trips. This site is a collection of moments that will offer you a glimpse into my life and work.
I was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and even as I travel further away and find new homes, it continues to be the perfect place to return to.
